Built Because I Refused to Upload Contracts to the Cloud
Hi, I'm the founder of PDFino. A few months ago, I needed to merge some highly confidential legal documents. Every free tool I found demanded that I upload my files to their remote servers. I refused to compromise my privacy. So, I built PDFino.
The Privacy Problem
Most online PDF editors are basically data-harvesting machines. You upload your sensitive tax returns, resumes, or contracts, and they process it on their servers. You have no idea who has access to that data once it leaves your computer.
The WebAssembly Solution
I realized that with modern WebAssembly (WASM), we don't need cloud servers anymore. I engineered PDFino to download the processing engine directly to your browser. Your files never leave your device's RAM.
A Developer's Promise
PDFino is built by a developer, for people who care about security. There are no accounts to create, no arbitrary file size limits to force upgrades, and absolutely zero file uploads. It's just you and your browser.
